A.V.A. Construction Cleaning is a minority woman owned business specializing in the construction cleaning industry. Setting ourselves apart from other general cleaning companies, we have decided to target projects of all sizes for developers, general contractors and subcontractors. We are committed to excellence and our client needs are our first priority.

The Owner
Deanna Lopez, the owner at A.V.A. Construction Cleaning, has been in the construction industry for over ten years as a construction accountant. Having worked on various projects including The Ellis in Downtown Phoenix, The Ritz Carlton in the heart of Scottsdale, The Palmeraie in Paradise Valley and many others, Deanna decided to branch out and combine two of her passions, construction and cleaning. Starting this business has been a dream for years and finally, it is a reality.
